About Me
Sara Robbin is a graduate of Cornell University and Emory Law School with a lifelong passion for writing. She published her first short story while at college in Cornell’s Rainy Days literary magazine, and then had her Law Review article selected for publication in the University of Pennsylvania’s Labor & Employment Law Journal.
After practicing law for many years at both a large NYC law firm and in-house at the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, Sara found her true passion as a writing professor, where she worked for over a decade at Fordham Law School. During her time at Fordham Law, Sara helped close to 200 students improve the clarity, structure, and persuasiveness of their writing. She also provided effective tools for public speaking, conducting workshops on Interview Skills and leading Negotiations and Oral Argument programs. Sara has been invited to speak at multiple NY and CT law firms on the art of persuasive writing, as well as hired to coach many legal associates one-on-one.
For the past five years, Sara has worked with students of all ages assisting them with their college essays, private school essays, and providing support with the entire application process. She has also written many freelance articles and edited an Amazon best selling business memoir entitled “A Shark Ate My Bagel.”
